Working principle of hydraulic quick Coupler
The hydraulic quick coupler mainly fixes and releases the pins 1 and 2 by the action of the cylinder. When the working part needs to be replaced, the cylinder is retracted, the hook-shaped clamp moves from the position of 1 to the position of 2, the quick coupler is disengaged, and the other working parts are replaced, and the hook-type clamp is turned on after the pin is closed, and the cylinder is opened again. The hook-shaped clamp moves from the position of 2 to the position of 1 to lock the work fitting pin. Of course, except for this, there are external oil circuits and solenoid valves working at the same time. It is recommended to select hydraulic quick coupler if the weight of excavators was over 13T.
